dc.description | Disclosing Data is a design proposal to facilitate a discussion surrounding our role as designers. The concept consists of several possibility studies showcasing different ways of making data more open and understandable. As data has become a currency, issues of privacy have risen, thus creating distrust in a lot of users. We’ve found that this creates a bad user experience, and through our research it’s clear that being more open and transparent with how data is processed is one way of rebuilding that trust. Each possibility study has a focus on a different type of data, or different viewpoints within the same category of data. I.E. Cookies/cache, Individual vs. Collective, organising the digital you, as well as simply seeing your data. | en_US |
