After the move of the Danish Navy, the new reclamation and construction of the new yacht club which now has a 40 years history, and become the most favourite yacht club for the Copenhagen citizen. And the southern bank of the harbor has changed from a granite unloading dock to a transit port for the power station. Nowadays, after being abandoned, the new green power facilities and the surrounding new residence area are bringing a new development opportunity to the Margretheholmnb_NO
