This diploma project is an exploration of the landscape within Norwegian language education for immigrants. It takes a critical look at the ongoing political developments in Norway and suggests a way to address these changes within existing education services. This report takes up some of the background and research for this project and will talk you through the final design delivery. It is intended less as a showcasing of the final delivery, and more as an argumentation for a new approach to service development in language education.
